DATA PROTECTION NOTICE FOR USERS USING THE JACCA PLATFORM WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP
1. Data Controller and Personal Data Categories
Provided that you provide transaction security and express consent in your use of our JACCA Platform without being a member your location data will be processed by us, Mobite Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. as the data controller according to Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (the “Law”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) in the context explained below.
2. Definitions
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data filing system.
Business Partner: Within the scope of the company's business activities, it refers to the economically and legally independent real or legal entities with whom partnership is established for the performance of a certain work within the framework of the contract.

4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is automatically transferred only to the business partner from whom we receive server hosting service.
5. Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data obtained from you on electronic media, will be processed for the purposes detailed under article 3 of this notice according to article 5 of the Law and 6 / 1 (a) of the GDPR based on your explicit consent through automatic means.
6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data regarding transaction security will be stored for 2 years. Your location information will be stored for 2 years or until your explicit consent is withdrawn.
7. Means and Procedures of Application
As the data subject, you can make your requests with respect to your rights outlined in article 11 of the Law and articles 12-23 of the GDPR in accordance with the procedures and principles that are outlined in the Data Subject Application Form, which you can get from this link, by filling out such form or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] via your e-mail address registered in our system or bears a secure e-signature, or with a written application with original signature to be delivered to Yenibosna Merkez Mahallesi Prof. Dr. M. You can send your requests regarding the deletion of your personal data to [email protected] via your e-mail address registered in our system.
